In our activity of over 9 years in the field of digital marketing, we have encountered many situations in which we had to effectively manage, including the reputation resources of clients. Yes, I was doing it exclusively through online resources, but they also allow for reliable long-term results.<\/div>\n

That’s why we decided to draw a list of the most common mistakes made by entrepreneurs that have negative repercussions on the reputation of the business they created:<\/p>\n

  1. Entrepreneurs forget about feedback<\/strong> – I understand the blind trust of some players in the domestic market and trust in the products\/services provided, but this does not exempt you in any way from the obligation of feedback. If a potential or new customer leaves a review on your Facebook page, on Google, or directly on the website, respond to them. Regardless of whether this review is positive or not. Don’t forget, this can give you clarity on things to improve and deficiencies that need to be addressed. But above all, depending on your responsiveness, the reputation index of your business will also be calculated.<\/li>\n
  2. They don’t invest in quality marketing<\/strong> – Maybe it will already sound clich\u00e9 and as if everyone knows it, but… You can see this trend of cheap and a lot… in kilos. Remember! A good business can be ruined by a promotional campaign of questionable quality or inappropriate packaging. The speech and strategy you use must complement your business, make it better, and closer to users; that’s why it’s mandatory to call on specialists and invest in this field. It has the whole spectrum of online promotion channels, it works based on the most interesting and original marketing mechanisms, but it forgets to hire qualified staff. The customer, intoxicated by the promises offered, collides head-on with the attitude of the staff. From this point on, the efforts made will amount to an overwhelming zero.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
